Numerous projects on the same street: Conversion of several terraced houses into flats, loft extensions and renovation of a five bedroom house.

Additional Project: New build of 8 flats and a penthouse.

The final building is a four story building with basement excavated and converted to double flats. A pod system was employed for the penthouse.
