Project: Addition of three penthouses to a mansion block.

Works included adding an entire floor to accommodate new units, extension of hallways to match original style and creating different sized penthouses.  NCD was involved from concept to completion.

Challenges: Complex traffic management plan and the mansion block was still occupied.
