A complete refurbishment of an existing block of flats and shops below. NCD held the maintenance contract on the block following initial refurbishments.

Additional projects: original loft space was converted into 3 penthouses. An original storage unit was converted into a modern two bedroom flat.

Penthouses

Project: Three 3-bed penthouses added on top of a period mansion block.

NCD was involved from design concept through to completion.

Mansions

Project: Complete refurbishment of 3- and 4-bed flats, updating interiors and ensuring compliance with building and letting regulations and requirements.

Upgrade of communal stairwells to maintain existing features whilst complying with new regulations.

Challenges: Working with tenants in residence while improving infrastructure of the building.
