Surrey Farmhouse

An old dairy and farmhouse were purchased by our client in a dilapidated state. NCD were commissioned to make extensive renovations.

Barn Conversion

Project: The old milking barn was stripped back and in parts demolished whilst retaining original features including the gable.

The refurbishment created two floors: the first floor holds the office, gym and the large kitchen opening onto a patio. The second floor holds two ensuite bedrooms and an entertainment area with bar.

Farmhouse

The original farmhouse was in a completely dilapidated state when the client purchased it. Many original features were retained during the refurbishment such as chimney breasts, doors and windows. Log burners were removed and refitted, parquet flooring was lifted and re-laid. After the remodelling, the house now boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms – one with a steam room, numerous reception rooms and an open-plan kitchen.
