Project: Refurbishment of six flats and renovation of HMO block

Complete strip out and refurbishment with new kitchens and bathrooms added. Self-contained studios and 2- or 3-bed flats.  Some flats required remodelling to make better use of the space and needs of tenants.

Project: Re-development of derelict building.

The existing state of the property included ground floor commercial unit, first floor office and one flat.
