Project: Refurbishment of six flats and renovation of HMO block
Complete strip out and refurbishment with new kitchens and bathrooms added. Self-contained studios and 2- or 3-bed flats. Some flats required remodelling to make better use of the space and needs of tenants.
Clapham Junction
Project: Re-development of derelict building.
The existing state of the property included ground floor commercial unit, first floor office and one flat.
This was sub-divided to create a multi-purpose property including a commercial unit on the ground floor integrated with the basement. An extension was added at rear so that three 1-bed flats and a studio flat comprised the finished residential product.
NCD was involved from concept planning through to sale.

Project: Refurbishment of flats for letting.
Bespoke remodelling of each unit to reflect current trends in the rental market. Multiple living spaces including studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bed flats.

Project: Client purchased property and commissioned re-development for sale.
Sub-divided existing property to increase units and sale value. Extensive refurbishment across all units.

Project: 12 flats refurbished and stairwells updated to comply with current regulations. Refurbishment and remodelling of studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom flats.

Project: Roof and stairwells updated to comply with current regulations. Refurbishment and remodelling of 2-, 3-and 4-bedroom flats whilst retaining period features.
